1st Hair Cut

Ok, it killed me to do this, but I decided to cut Addison's hair. I didn't cut it all, just the back. It was getting pretty long. Long enough to consider it a mullet. Hopefully now the rest of her hair can catch up, and it will all even out.

I forgot to take a before picture, but I found this one from last month. Her hair was long enough to put in a pony.

Before

After

I am not a professional, by all means. Hopefully it doesn't look too bad. We may end up having a few senior citizens at Wal-Mart call her a boy again, until it grows out. I know, they used to call her a boy, before she got hair, even if she was wearing pink!! I don't know about you, but she looks all girl, even with short hair.

True Blue

My digital camera has a feature that takes a black and white photo, but accents some color. Last weekend my sister and I were messing around with it, and came up with this picture by chance. She gets them from her Daddy!

Another weekend of Easter Fun

On conference weekend, we went up to my mom and dad's to watch conference. While there, my mom wanted to do a few fun Easter activities for the grandkids.

Coloring Easter eggs (with a yellow T-shirt on for an apron)

And hunting for Easter eggs. This is Brad and my brother, Brevin, with Addison and Brevin's daughter Aspen.

Copy Cat

The other day Brad was fixing our kitchen table. It has been real wobbly, so he turned it upside down to adjust the feet with a screwdriver. After he was done, he does what most men do and left the screwdriver on the table. Well, Addison found it and decided to fix her shopping cart. And the best part is, not only did she turn the cart over, but she had the screwdriver right over a screw! Copy cat, or Smarty Pants, you be the judge.

Trouble!

I have kind of fallen behind on posting. A few things have happened since the last post. Addison has again, utilized her creative side. This is what I found after getting out of the shower one morning.

If you can't tell, it is crayon scribbled all over her popper, and...

the tile, and...

the Kangaroo Klimber!

Thank goodness is was crayon, because it washed off pretty easily. After cleaning them, and straightening the room, I go to pick up one of her puzzles.

And this is what I find on the back..

I am sure to Addison it was a masterpiece, but to me, it was a mess that wasn't going to come out!
