Baby Update

Ok, so I will fill everyone in on how the birth of Reagan. I was scheduled to be induced today, but I ended up going in to labor Monday night/Tuesday morning. The contractions started around 11:30 Monday night. We decided to go in to the hospital at about 4:00 Tuesday morning. When they measured me at the hospital, I was dilated to a 5. By 8:00 am, I was at a 7. They gave me Nubain for the pain, which made me really sick, so I ended up throwing up for about an hour. The contractions stopped, so they had to put me on pitosin to start the contractions back up. I didn't want to be sick and throwing up during labor, so I decided to get the epidural. By 1:00 pm, Reagan was born.
My mom came to the house to watch Addison, when we went to the hospital. So when they got up Tuesday morning, they came by. Addison didn't like seeing me in the hospital bed throwing up, so my mom took her to the mall while they waited for Reagan to be born. When they came back to the hospital, Addison was so excited to finally meet Reagan. She insisted on holding her, and wispered to her and was very gentle. She was not very happy when she had to leave, but after she found out she was going to go stay at Grandma's house, she got over it real fast.
